Only cons are the noise level of being next to the train station and the hospital where there are blaring ambulance sirens. I got used to it after a month or so, plus the windows are pretty tight and solid so the noise level isn't all that bad. The apartment layout is pretty cool.And yes, it's $30 a month but it's soooo worth it. Werblin has the most space for free weights and the most cardio on campus.
