Help thread. I have been trying to change my profile picture with a custom picture from my phone through the xbox app for a few days now. I have tried using different pictures and all of the pictures are in HD, my account is an adult account, and i am not banned in any way. Whenever i try i get “Sorry we can’t upload the picture right now.
