Looking at an 18000 BTU ducted mini split for the 650sf of apartment. The way I was planning to install the system basically had a plenum and then ALL straight rigid duct to the ceiling registers. The two the livingroom (12×25′) will be about 9-10ft long and come right out the front of the plenum (in line with the blower).
