Half Moon Cay was my favorite port, because mostly you don't have to pay for anything. It's just a lovely beach you can enjoy and it tends to be not very crowded. I did one excursion through Carnival, and it was the swimming with the sting rays, which was lots of fun, and well worth the price, think it was only like $30/person.
