Personally, I prefer Ai Fiori over Marea (I think the food, wine list is better and I prefer the atmosphere), but it depends on the atmosphere and food you're looking for. Marea has a more seafood-focused menu, and it is a fairly packed, crowded restaurant. Ai Fiori is much quieter.
