The installer, Keller Interiors, had no respect for being clean or careful. He dropping tools on the recently installed hardwood floors & tile scratching them. He didn't even bring a shop vac to clean up the considerable dirt from the old carpet, only quickly sweeping up the worst of it, spreading dirt all over.
